"Client disconnesso"
This caption appears when opening a project created by myself in the Online Editor, preventing the Online Editor to start. What can I do?

When I create a project on eu.cloud.trados.com and try to work on it clicking "Open in Online Editor" the project won't open, instead the message "Client disconnesso" appears. 
 What does it mean? How can I fix it?

Hi Sara - this happens when you leave the Online Editor tab open for a while. If you refresh the browser, the document should come back. Or you can go back to the cloud project in the browser and re-open the file in a different tab. Thanks, Daniel
