Can't create advanced filters for cloud termbases

 I used to be able to create advanced filters by selecting the funnel icon. Now that icon does not appear: 
 
 Is this intentional? Or am I missing some action? 
 Also this, which I could see about a year ago, does not appear anywhere:

This filter is inside a specific Termbase. You are looking in the Resources view.
