How to add terminology entries to a cloud termbase while I am performing the translation in a side by side editor view.

Hello,

I have been struggling with this issue: How can I add terminology entries to a cloud termbase while I am performing the translation in a side-by-side editor view.

I have been searching everywhere on my cloud Editing View but I haven't been able to find such a button like the Add New Term or Quick Add New Term. Can anyone tell me how I can run this usuful function?
It is not possible that Cloud Projects lack this extremely useful function, but actually I haven't found it anywhere.

  • Hello,

    To add a term to a termbase, select the term that you want to add, and then select Add term (smart action menu will show automatically)
    In the quick add dialog box, choose the termbase where you want to add the term.
    Then, select the rectangle next to the source language 
     and select the equivalent of the term in the source language.
    Finally, select 
    Add term to add the term directly or Add and edit term to edit fields related to that term after adding it to the termbase.

  • Be sure you have termbase set on your project and the termbase is updatable. Check project settings -> Translation Engine -> termbase name (update option is checked)
