I don't want the freelance translator to use my account. I want the freelancer to use her own Traos Studio account. Trados Team would only be used to send her the file she has to translate. The xliff file I would send her, would show her what has already been translated on the basis of our translation memory.

If the user accepted the invitation, make sure she has at least access to a group. Then assign a task to her.
