Question improvement suggestion: Provide the exact version of Trados Studio you are using and any specific steps you took before encountering the issue.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

Hello! It seems you're encountering an issue with the Quality Estimation feature in Trados Studio. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

**Step 1:** Ensure that you are using the correct version of Trados Studio that supports the Quality Estimation feature. Since you mentioned Trados Studio 2024, make sure it is fully updated.

**Step 2:** Check if the active segment you are working on has a corresponding translation in the Translation Memory (TM). The message "active segment has no translation quality estimation available" typically indicates that there is no translation available for the segment in question.

**Step 3:** If you are working on a project that was created some time ago, consider running a Batch Task -> Pre-translate to ensure that the TM is updated with the latest translation results.

**Step 4:** Verify that the Quality Estimation feature is enabled in your project settings. Go to Project Settings and check under the Quality Assurance section to ensure that the necessary checks are activated.

**Step 5:** If the issue persists, try resetting the window layout by going to View > Reset Window Layout. This can sometimes resolve display issues.

**Step 6:** If none of the above steps work, consider resetting the settings files for Trados Studio and running a repair. You can do this by closing Trados Studio, pressing the Windows and R keys, entering %temp%, and deleting all files and folders if possible.

If you continue to experience difficulties, please provide more details about your setup, including the exact version of Trados Studio and any specific actions you took before the issue occurred. This will help in diagnosing the problem more effectively.

I hope this answer addressed your question. If not, please reject the answer, add the question improvement suggestion information, and click the RWS Community AI checkbox on the right to try again.
