Managed to enter file to be translated.
However, button to open editor to complete the translation is greyed out.
Any ideas/help?

Can you please advise which file format is the documented added to the project?
Also there is no specific message or error message when adding the file ?

No error messages in setting up the project.
It is a Word file (.doc format). During setup it marks the file as Translatable.
The button for editing is grayed out.

Hi Pascale,
Have you accepted the task if it is assigned to you? Once that's done you should be able to edit.
If not, it would be helpful if you share the steps you performed so far and a screenshot, as it's not 100% clear in which step of the process you are.

Thanks for taking a look at this; please note that I am a brand new user and I've only had a couple of hours with the tool so far (so this may be user error:-)).
I was able to create a project, import the TM, import the source file, create a workflow. The TM contains several segments that match the source file.
I am having trouble opening the file to review the matches and complete the missing segments. Below is a view of my Projects tab.
The RWS documentation does not quite match the elements on screen so I am not sure how to move from this point. Also, the RWS Getting started wizard did not help, it takes you to first step of whatever task you want to perform and then nothing:-(

Great, that explains it, you are in the Project Planning task still which usually is about assigning work to users. If you complete that task (and make sure it's assigned to you) the next step is Translation, where you will be able to work on the file in the Online Editor.
For future Projects, you can exclude Project Planning if it makes no sense in your use case, so it would go straight to Translation.

Thank you Luis. Is it possible to have a task that has numerous documents without putting them into a project?
Hi Pascale,
a project consists of multiple files and tasks. A task generally is one file only. However you can open multiple tasks at once in the Online Editor to translate them or check them in one go, rather than one after the other.
