Cloud account "frozen" on the Dashboard page

Hello, for the past week I've been trying to work on Trados Cloud, it logins in successfully, but when I click on any features - "projects", "customers", "terminology", nothing happens. I can't get beyond the Dashboard page to create a new project or to access the projects that I already have. I've tried it on Edge and Firefox, without any luck.
I have a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance account.

Question improvement suggestion: Provide any error messages you may have encountered and specify if you have made any recent changes to your account or system settings.

In the meantime, based on the information you have provided, here is a suggested answer to your question:

    Hello,

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your Trados Cloud account. Let's try to troubleshoot this step by step:

**Step 1:** Clear your browser cache. Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with web applications. After clearing the cache, log in again to your Trados Cloud account.

**Step 2:** Try accessing your account from a different browser (you mentioned Edge and Firefox, so perhaps try Chrome or another browser) to see if the issue persists.

**Step 3:** Ensure that you are logged into the correct account in both Trados Studio and the web browser. Sometimes, being logged into a different account can cause access issues.

**Step 4:** If you have any ad blockers or browser extensions, try disabling them temporarily and reload the page.

**Step 5:** If the problem continues, consider renaming the SDL Language Cloud Terminology Provider folder as follows:

    - Close Trados Studio.

    - Navigate to `C:\Users\%username%\App Data\Roaming\SDL\` and rename the folder `SDL Language Cloud Terminology Provider` to `SDL Language Cloud Terminology Provider_OLD`.

    - Open Trados Studio and log in to Language Cloud again.

**Step 6:** If none of the above steps work, you may want to create projects directly from the Language Cloud account in your browser as a temporary workaround.

**Step 7:** Lastly, if the issue is still unresolved, please check for any updates or patches for Trados Studio 2021, as this is a known issue that may be addressed in future updates.
