Hi,

I was following the Trados 2024 level 2 workbook to create a Cloud termbase. After I went over all the steps and clicked "Finish," I got this message from the portal that said "You do not have sufficient entitlements available to perform this action. Please contact the administrator of the account." I looked up online and found a thread in the knowledge base that suggested clearing the browser cache. I did that, but the error message still popped up on my second attempt to create a Cloud termbase. I'm using Trados Studio 2024 SR 1 - 18.1.2.6370. Can anyone shed light on this?
