The dashboard has become inaccessible after payment/activation

Hello Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with Trados Live where the Dashboard (Projects) tab does not load and remains on an infinite loading spinner.

Key details:

I am using a Trados Ignite subscription

Login works normally

Sources and Users tabs load correctly

Only the Dashboard (Projects) tab fails to load

Issue occurs in all browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)

Issue occurs on different networks

Clearing cache / incognito mode does not resolve the issue

Important context:
Our organization name was changed by an administrator during the active subscription period.
After this change, the Dashboard stopped loading and existing projects are no longer visible.

Based on this behavior, the issue appears to be a tenant-level / backend problem, likely related to:

Project service failing to resolve projects after the organization rename

Corrupted or mismatched workspace / organization reference

Project index not updating correctly following the org name change

Request:
Could you please:

Check the Project (Dashboard) service for our tenant

Verify project records and organization/workspace mapping after the rename

Rebuild or resync the project index if necessary

Confirm whether the organization rename caused an orphaned or invalid reference

I believe this requires backend intervention, as the issue is not client-side.
