Sorry to hear that you encountered this issue. As I checked with the Support team this issue seems to have been resolved.

I think it might have been an issue with a network firewall. Can you please confirm how was this solved?

The firewall was not the issue - in fact, once I was back behind our firewall, the process worked.
Of course, that message displayed was completely misleading (and, may I add, not really helpful in that situation...).
Will let you know once we have resolved it.
