Is this a recent thing or has it always been the case for you? I know our word counts do update but am wondering is your issue related to the outage Trados experienced on Monday 13 April. We've had issues with data not being updated properly in the datasets - project names etc were created but no word counts were appear.

Didn't take any head as to whether the main dashboard was affected or not as we have our own custom ones.

I noticed that problem when I got back from vacation last week. I created a bunch of new projects, but the word count remained the same. I just created a new project this morning and it looks like the word count in now changing from what I had last week. However, the words I translated last week are not there. Maybe just a temporary glitch.
