How could I use SDL Language Cloud to translate language with in a file in offline mode?
My requirement is to convert the Arabic Content to English related to a text fie. The server we use is highly secure and needs the translation to work in offline mode itself. I have downloaded SDL Trans Video 2015 trial version but came to know language translation works with internet connectivity. I want to know whether with SDL Language Cloud language translation works in offline mode
