Language Weaver stopped working as of yesterday

Question

Hello all, 
 As of yesterday, Language Weaver is not working in Trados Studio - its translations do not appear in the Translation results window (regardless of whether I run LW within a project template from the cloud, as a cloud resource added locally, or via a local plug-in. In addition, since the last Trados Studio update, MT engines installed in my cloud account (in my case, DeepL and Amazon) have stopped working - in Translation results window the "translation" from English to English instead of English to Polish appears. On the other hand, these engines connected via local plug-ins work normally, so clearly the problem is in the cloud, and I acutely need at least LW, as I am just finishing (today) a large project. Please give me some help or guidance.

Hi Lech Lachowski , 
 
 The issue is that your machine translation characters have been used. So you have used all your Free NMT characters from Language Weaver. If you want to continue to use Language Weaver you would have to upgrade. 
 
 You get 6 million characters/year and you have exceeded this limit.

Hi Lech Lachowski 
 1. The limitation stops at 7.2 million, to allow for a flexible limit. After 7.2 million NMT characters LW will not allow you to translate anymore. The subscription includes NMT machine translation characters as mentioned here https://www.trados.com/ecosystem/language-weaver-for-trados/ . We are constantly improving our pages and products to be more clear. 
 2. Please try to remove Language Weaver as a provider from the list of machine translation providers. Because it is the first provider in the list it will throw an error and your project will not continue. If you just use DeepL and Amazon, it seems it works.

 Even if the symptoms might be the same, the cause might be different in your case.
