Trying to install the latest DeepL Machine Translation update and get the following error message: "Remote app service did not respond with success."

 Can you please provide more details? Are you doing this in Trados Team? or what offering do you have? or is this in Trados Studio? 
 Please add a screenshot and any other error details. And what version of DeepL are you trying to install.
