For some reason, I am no longer able to see any language models when I select to use (under Translation Memory and Automated Translation) either Language Weaver Provider or Cloud-based Resources > Machine Translation. Is there a simple explanation?

It seems this was a subscription issue that was solved by the licensing department. For the moment we are working to improve the subscription management system in the medium term.
