Product Release - November 2021

Dear Community

Following a number of small point releases over the last 6 months, with targetted customer deployments, we are pleased to release the latest version of SDL Integration for Salesforce Knowledge. This delivers enhancements, bug fixes and new features requested by customers to provide efficiency when managing large volumes of articles.

Release Notes

Version 1.33

Supports SDL Managed Translation, SDL TMS and SDL Trados Enterprise\Live Team only.

Enhancements to Project Automation:
1. Reduced to 100 files in each project and 500 files for each cycle
2. Appended Serial number for project names – starts at 0001 up to 9999, then restarts at 0001.
3. Auto-create invoke scheduled job runs every 3 hours by default.
4. Optimized the queue creation in SFDC to support one-queue to multiple languages. Users can create a single queue in salesforce, submit multiple source language articles to the queue, and project creation will work based on the source language.

Bug Fixes:
1. Resolved isRunning issues if SDL servers are offline. When failure occurs in the batch apex, isRunning field will update and continue to pick up files in the next scheduled job.
2. Fixed issue in Language Cloud setup where projects in status=6 and above were hidden.

New Features:
1. Article number included in the manual create a project page where users select articles.
2. SDL Admin Dashboard to track status of queues, jobs and error projects
