Since the last Windows 11 update (I think), my cursor disappears when it goes to certain parts of the screen: the menu in the bottom left on the Home screen (with six items: Welcome, Projects ...), and in Editor view, the column on the left indicating the numbers for the segments. I don't lose functionality. The cursor disappears when it moves to these areas and instead it simply highlights the cell it is on. It doesn't seem to happen anywhere else. I used Studio 21 on a Mac running parallels. Tried reinstalling Studio too. Its also happens to studio 19.
