I had Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus (Windows Version) installed in my desktop and my laptop, two days ago an update was accepted to the software installed in my laptop, now it DOES NOT start anymore....!!!
Can somebody help/provide guidance on this issue?

This may be related to the problem we are having with the appstore. Please close Trados Studio, delete these folders and restart Trados Studio:
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins
If that does not help then please create a new thread and don't piggy back on one that already has a case assigned to it. This way we can convert your specific issue to a support case easily to get you some assistance from the technical support team.
