We have had issues with the RWS TradosAppStore and had to move all our apps to a Private instance.

Other users have also asked about Web Lookup as seen here: Integrated Search Views, Web Lookup and other plugins gone from AppStore
As some of the apps like Web Lookup are third party - all you can do is contact the developer and see if they can direct you to another site to download.
