SDL 2022 no response

My sdl version is 2022-17.0.0.11594. I upgraded my sdl to 2022 yestarday, and found that I could not log in.

Now, no access to Internet is solved, but a new problem occurs. (I download Screenshot showing a file named 'TLS 1.2.reg' with a timestamp and 'sdl.com' reference. this reg from one of threads). The access to Internet is solved.

Then, when I set up the RWS store on the software, it suddendly turns off. When I open the software again, it does not work normally.

When I start SDL, it always shows no response, and the cursor becomes a circle turning on the software screen.
