I've just finished a project in the Language Cloud, and I've been trying to download the target files to send to the client, but when I try to do so, I get the following error message:

If I click "Download" or "Download package", it downloads an empty zip folder.
I need to be able to download the xliff file and the idml file of the completed translation. I'd be grateful for any suggestions or any hint as to what the error message might mean.
