Activation failed - My licence is not being accepted after having reinstalled the software

Hello.

I have recently formatted my laptop and reinstalled the versions of Trados Studio 2021 available in the section "Products & Plans > Downloads" of my personal account (Trados Studio 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305).

I copied my 2021 licence from the "Licences" section to activate the product, but I'm getting the following error message:

Error message in Trados Studio activation window saying 'Activation failed. Could not activate this license. - No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.' with an OK button.

So, I'm currently running the trial version. How can I activate the product?
