I used to use "Glossary Converter." Now for Trados 2022 I tried to find the place to download it, but I couldn't (including AppStore).

The Glossary Convert is on the Private AppStore that integrates with Trados Studio.
For 2021 and 2022 please see here: (Missing Wiki Page)
If you are on 2022 CU2 (I think) it is automatically integrated but eitherway the Wiki notes will tell you what to do
