I am able to create a new package and work on it, but if I wish to send it to another professional for review, the "Create Project Package" is greyed out, is this happening to anyone else? This function is essential and I'm just not getting why it doesn't work.

With the Freelance version you can't create project packages (.sdlppx) , this being one of the limitations of the Freelance as opposed to the Professional version. If you're a project manager, then I'd recommend upgrading your Freelance to the Professional edition, that includes all the functionalities that suits the business.

That's disappointing, I wish I'd read about it before, it was that and the Trados Live feature that swayed me to purchase Studio, but that doesn't work for me either!
