Which software should I recommend?

Question

Since a few years, I translate blogs and other marketing material for a small computer company and now they've asked me to tell them more about Studio because I use this for their translations. 
 They work with two freelance translators English-Dutch and one translator English-German. These translators always translate from scratch. What would be the best solution for them to use? GroupsShare? This company uses Google to share their documents. 
 Do they have to make a package for every single blog, email etc. they want to have translated?

Hi Barbara, 
 As freelance translators they can work with Freelance versions and simply upload locally saved source documents. Please note there are no sharing capabilities with the Freelance version. Alternatively, the company can purchase Professional licenses with sharing capabilities for them.
