I am trying to download a file from my client's server, but it is not working. I get the following message. I use SDL Trados Studio 2022 17.0.3.11695. How can I fix this problem?

To me it looks like you have a zip. In the zip you have 2 files one of which is a package.
But you need to extract the zip in order to work with the package.
If clicking on the sdlppx does not launch Studio, what happens if you launch Studio and then from the project toolbar browse for the package?
Assuming you extracted it first
