Hi, We create packages and include TM and DeepL. Then share the packages to our translators via email. Unfortunately, many of the translators could not view TM from the received package. This issue has been happening frequently. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you share some screenshots from the translator?
What versions of Trados Studio are at play here? (yours and the translators)
Have you unzipped the package you create to make sure the TMs are in there?
