Garbage segments in Schema ST4 project

Question

I received a Trados project that contains segments that make me think that something went wrong during project creation: 
 How can I filter on these segments, in order to copy source to target and lock them? 
 (What would be a valid regex?)

From the looks of it ^[\dA-Za-z]+[A-Z]+[a-z]+[\dA-Za-z]+$ could work
