Function is not correct error message when trying to open a project package

Question

I recently purchased Trados 2022. And this message started appearing when trying to open project packages. I can create a new project or open project files/return packages. This message does appear every time I try to open project packages. I restarted my PC and it worked once, but not anymore. I even uninstalled and then reinstalled Trados 2022 hoping this would solve this. But it still persists. 
 If you have any ideas about how to troubleshoot this, please share that information.

悦子 鈴木 The error message implies that the Input/Output device (for example an external hard disk) suddenly disconnected. Where are you storing project packages? Also, are you making sure they are completely downloaded before trying to open them? If you click the floppy disk mark you can save the error details. Will you be able to show them?
