Hello, I've just uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times but the problem persists. I cannot access Batch Tasks. When I right-click on a file to run an analysis, for example, Trados returns an error. Any ideas? Thanks for any help

Thanks for your response. The message reads: "One of more errors occurred" after I right-click (I'm left-handed) on the file and select Batch Tasks.

So to be clear the batch tasks are accessible. But you cant run analysis.
What about other batch task functions or the analysis against other files?
Any chance this is specific to GroupShare projects?
Have a good day

No, the batch tasks are not accessible. As soon as the function should appear, an error message pops up. No other batch task functions are available.
Nothing to do with GroupShare as far as I know.
Thanks
Glenn

That is very odd indeed. Please share a screen print of the error as well as the error stack if you can.
I assume the batch tasks are missing at project level, file level and the editor view?
Is it for all projects then? If yes please talk me through your steps as the batch tasks typically one show themselves once the native file has been converted to sdlxliff.
Keen to get to the bottom of this

Good morning Lydia,
I've signed an NDA so have to be careful about which files I show in a screenshot. Therefore, I opted for the Trados Sample Project to run a diagnosis on. Low and behold it worked fine. Then I loaded a project from a customer and it didn't work again. "The remote name could not be resolved" I found in the error stack. Does that help?
Thanks
Glenn
Glenn McMurray for that error I suspect it would relate to either GroupShare or Language Cloud / Trados Live.
At project level does your problematic project have any of these icons?
It seems that you may have reduced functionality or some issue connecting to "remote name" / server.
I assume you have worked with this client before, without issue?
