When can I get a refund?

I bought Trados 2022 Freelance yesterday but decided not to use it. Activation key is not in use. Order Number: 714417
I emailed orderprocessing@sdl.com but did not get a reply. I don't know if my refund is processed or not.
I am very worried about the refund. Can you give me information about the refund?
