Hi, I just bought a new laptop because currently I live in Africa. I travel a lot and I need an extra activation, for my 2 laptops, one on travel and the other at home.

If you have a Freelance version then you should be able to upgrade to the Freelance Plus version. But note this will only be possible if you have 2022 already. If you don't then you will need to upgrade from whatever version you have to 2022 to achieve this.

You purchased the Freelance Plus licence and you want to know how to use the additional licence? Presumably this also means you're having a problem that you also haven't told us about? I'm asking because normally you would just do exactly the same as you did on your old laptop. You install the software after downloading from your account and then just use the same activation code. The Freelance Plus licence allows two activations at the same time.
If you're having a problem please explain what it is?

I checked your account and I see this:
So you have activated both licences already. If you didn't do this just now then try resetting it yourself. If you can't manage it I'll log a support case for you so the licensing team can help next week when they back from the holiday.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
