Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Question

Hello, 
 I'm running Studio/Multiterm 2021 Professional. When I try to add a new term to my termbase using Quick Add New Term, I get this message: 
 Object reference not set to an instance of an object. 
 System.NullReferenceException, mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 
 Sdl.MultiTerm.Client.Terminology.UI 
 -2147467261 
 It's happening with all my termbases. And my termbases are not showing any hits in Studio. 
 Could you help me with this, please?

 Please run a Studio/Multiterm repair following the steps from here: 
 https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414 
 After the repair/reset of your Multiterm/Studio installation, please try again. 
 Also, please ensure your Studio and Multiterm are both on the last releases: 
 Trados Studio 2021 SR2- 16.2.12.9338 MultiTerm 2021 - 16.2.1.1044
