Hi,
I have been unable to use Trados for days now. The message "Access to the path 'C:\Users\feder\AppData\Local\Cronologia' is denied" pops up every time I try to receive a package. I've searched for solutions through Community and Knowledge base, I have followed the instructions, have uninstalled the Antivirus, have uninstalled Trados and reinstalled it. I've deleted all projects, I've restored default settings but nothing works. Please, see error log attached.
