Granted its not an app, but you can your MultiTerm Termbase and to migrate it to the Cloud. Documentation here: https://docs.rws.com/879834/877683/trados-terminology/trados-terminology-overview
Then you are not managing an app or worrying about compatibility, as you can view and edit your terms via a browser.
