Hi Community.

After some time without using Trados, I downloaded my Trados Studio 2014 package and installed it. I was able to use it for about a week, but in the last couple of days I haven't been able to create a project or translate a single file because it crashes automatically without an error message.

It seems to be working fine up to the point where I try to "add a new file" to a project, "open a new project". That is, I'm able to get to the screen where the file needs to be added or dragged, and afterwards, it shuts down.

I'm using the SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance - SDL Trados Studio 2014 SP2 - 11.2.4435.12

I tried:

-Uninstalling and re-installing everything.

-Deactivating and activating the license.

- Searching for updates, but everything is up-to-date

- I have deleted all plugins and Open Exchange folders

But I don't know what else to try. Please help!
