Trados crashes constantly when approving a translation in a xlf file. "The object reference was not set to an object instance."

Question

Has anyone had this problem before? 
 We have been translating XLF files with Trados Studio 2022 (Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.11.19134) for months. Since today, Trados crashes every time I want to confirm a segment and throws the message "The object reference was not set to an object instance.". 
 Nothing has changed on our side: the project template is the same, we have not done any Windows updates. Last week everything was working fine. Google can't help me either. 
 I have already deleted the project from the cloud (Trados Team) and created a new one. 
 Is this maybe a Trados problem?
