Trados Studio 2024 does not launch after installing SDLXLIFF compare and uninstalling Post-Edit Compare

Question

I closed Trados Studio 2024, then uninstalled the plugin Post-Edit Compare and installed the downloaded plugin SDLXLIFF Compare. 
 Now Studio stops launching after this screen appears: 
 
 The repair of Studio did not help. 
 Urgent help is needed.

I!ve deleted the plugin SDLXLIFF Compare from ...AppData/Roaming/Trados/Trados Studio/18/Plugins/Packages and its folder from .../Unpacked and Studio now works again.
