We are using Trados Studio2022　SR2 - 17.2.11.19134 and trying to export file-based TMs for backup by following this RWS document: docs.rws.com/.../361163

In my "Export Options" window, which says "Specify export options and click Next to start exporting". After I clicked "Browse", specified the location to export, and clicked "Save", the "Next" button remains grayed out. So I clicked "Finish" button instead, which is the only active button.

Then the window transitioned to "Exporting" window, which says "Please wait while the data is being exported from the translation memory", "Exporting translation memory to tmx file" and "Exported XXX translation units". In this window only the "Close" button is active. When I clicked the "Close" button, the pop-up window disappeared and tmx file was generated in the location I specified.

The RWS document states "When the export has finished, the items on this page are listed as Complete. Select Finish ". What does "listed as Complete" mean? and where is "Finish" button?
In my window the active button was only "Close" button.

I am wondering whether the export has been completed successfully. If anyone has any advice on why what I am seeing on the window is different from the RWS document description, it would be greatly appreciated.
