Cloud termbase does not display on Studio when working on Trados Team projects

I have a client who assigns projects to me via Trados Team. I prefer to work on Studio since the Trados Team Online Editor is really awkward and slow to work with.

Everything seems to be fine except for the Termbase features. In the past, I've seen that the termbase viewer prompts a login window (even if you've already logged in), after which the terminology features work perfectly, but I have no idea how to prompt the window, it's probably random or maybe it only happens once. I don't know and my project manager doesn't either.

This problem has been ongoing through different versions of Studio including 2021, 2022 and now 2024. I thought it would go away after upgrading to 2024, but it just stayed the same. I've installed, uninstalled, repaired and nothing works.

Any ideas?
