After installation of the new version of Trados, new files added to a project are not analyzed because Trados says "unable to log to cloud", even if the software is connected to cloud

After installation of the new version of Trados,

TradosStudio2024SR1_18.1.3.6657 

new files added to a project are not analyzed (perfect match/NMT .....)

because Trados says "unable to log to cloud",

even if the software is connected to cloud.

In this way there's not a pretraduction

I already tried to:

1) log out e log in in the software

2) clean unistall of the software and new installation

3) Delete file LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin

4) Create a new project from zero
