Everytime I tried to open Trados this week, it opens a window which says "Activate", but I can't manage to, even when I go onto my RWS profile, And I do have the "Activation code", "Installation ID" and an "Activation certificate". But I seem to be mission an "Installation certificate".
When I click on Activate, I'm asked to enter the "Activation code". So I enter it, then I press the button underneath called "Activate". An error window appears and states "Activation failed. Unable to connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."
So then I try something else. I click on "Other activation options available" underneath. I pick "offline activation", then I enter the Activation code and it asks for an "installation certificate", which I don't have, so I enter my "activation certificate". But nothing happens. The only buttons I'va got are "Cancel" or "Help".
