I cannot open projects in Studio, just in Editor on line because I think that the e-mail adresses are mixed up, what should I do? It is really urgent, can you help me please?

Hello, This is a short summary of what is happening.

I always used ocampotrads@hotmail.com for receiving projects from my clients, but my suscription Studio 2022 expired and my representative asked me to create another email address (midanzag@hotmail.com) to be able to download the new suscription.

That Studio 2022 suscription expired and I bought the new Studio 2024 suscription, but, HERE IS THE PROBLEM. 

When I try to access to my new suscription with "midanzag@hotmail.com" it answers that my suscription is expired and it automatically closes.

After that, when I try to access to this new suscription with "ocampotrads" it opens and I can work in LOCAL projects. BUT, when I receive the invitation from my client to download a new project from the cloud, it opens the projects, but it does not open the projects in Studio, it just gives me the option for working in Editor on line, and that does not work for me.  IMPORTANT: The option is shown but when I click in the tab it just does not open the Studio program containing the project. So the only option I have is to work on line.
