how do i get help for technical support, it keep logging out

Question

I accidentally left a task open without realizing it. This resulted in an inflated AHT (Average Handling Time) for a task that was never submitted. This was a one-time technical oversight, not an attempt to misreport time. please discard the time associated with that specific unsubmitted task.
