Could I please get a refund?

Hello,

Yesterday I renewed my Trados Studio plan for a month (Trados Studio freelance - Monthly). Thing is, a couple days ago I got a new job (in-house) for a company that's not specialized in Translation, so I figured I should get Trados myself and request them to cover the costs later. To my surprise, they had already gotten a license for me on a different account.

Could I get a refund for my plan, since I don't need it anymore? How should I proceed? A partial refund would be fine, of course.
