I am not able to open SDL 2024. After "Initializing views" the image disappears. I tried to follow the community suggestion of renaming plug ins by following C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\18 but the answer is that it can´t be located. Please help.
