The Trados cloud platform will be undergoing maintenance on Saturday, 9th May 2026 between 05:00 to 17:00 UTC. During this time, you will not be able to log in to the Trados platform.

On top of several CTDs per day, now Trados also invalidates my license every now and then

So Trados is crashing to desktop all the time. As an example, here are a few exception entries in the Windows event viewer for March 18:

  • time: 10:01, module: clr.dll, code: 0xc0000005
  • time: 10:26, module: unknown, code: 0xc0000005
  • time: 10:29, module: ntdll.dll, code: 0xc0000374

I changed the interval between automatic saves to one minute and additionally save every time I enter a segment to be able to work without losing too much work all the time. But starting this morning, Trados also periodically pops up a window telling me my license has expired. I have to activate it again to be able to continue to "work". Please help, this is getting ridiculous.
