I recently subscribed to the 14-day trial of Trados 2024 and installed it correctly on my computer. I added the Deepl AI plugin and uploaded my first project. While working in the editor in Studio, I noted that Ctrl+Enter was not working. I was not directed to the 'Next unconfirmed segment'.

I checked the keyboard shortcuts and the cell that should have contained 'Ctrl+Enter' was empty. When I tried to enter 'Ctrl+Enter' into the cell, it wouldn't accept it.

Ultimately, I cannot use Trados 2024. What should I do, given that the trial version ends in two days and will then be replaced by a paid subscription, which I am reluctant to purchase given that the trial version is not working?

One last thing I tried was uninstalling and reinstalling Trados, but I'm still facing the same problem. I cannot confirm nor move to the next unconfirm. This was the experience on my second computer. On the first computer it was not even responding. Your help will be precious.
