Recently I had a rare case of different word count using the same source files and the same translation memory (a Groupshare memory with 6 languages - same settings for all languages). Where should I begin to try and investigate the issue?
Or, can you shortly explain under which circumstances can this word count be different (excluding TM settings).

Can you please advise if in the running word counts reports if you have switched tab between the options of your choice? I am referring to the last step when running such a report - https://docs.rws.com/813470/555674/trados-studio-2021-sr1/running-word-counts as this might lead to some differences .
