It's a shame we didn't get time to explore this question during the event as there may be something specific you were interested in.  But given you mention "track changes" perhaps working with Post-Edit Compare would be helpful?

This is a freely available application from the appstore that allows you to do things like:

• save versions of the project at different stages of the translation process
• compare any two versions with each other which can be useful for payment (it also does an analysis of the differences), or for identifying exactly what changes were made whether track changes were used or not and sharing reports with the changes to help with "education" where necessary of the sort of changes that were made
